The Lightware Advantages
For AV System Designers and Integrators
Lightware products and technologies offer unique benefits for AV professionals, helping at every step of the process from system design to installation to configuration and beyond.
There are three main features that make Lightware products the best choice for system integrators, consultants and end-users: analytics, diagnostics and the open API.
Frame Detector and Input Signal Analysis
The function determines the exact video format sent by the source and helps identify many potential issues. The signal analyzer displays detailed information regarding an incoming video and audio signal such as timing, frequencies, scan mode, HDCP encryption, color range, color space and audio sampling rate. In the Frame Detector window the parameters are displayed on an intuitive graphical interface.
Open API
Features that make Lightware devices stand out from the crowd. However, way too often, these terms sound nothing but empty buzzwords. In this video, our experts take up the challenge to dig deeper and look behind these terms to uncover the real impacts and benefits these can bring to any AV project.
Advanced EDID Management
This proprietary Lightware technology can store more than 100 user EDID files and has a large set of factory preloaded EDID versions including a wide range of resolutions. HDMI EDIDs with various audio channels and codecs are also supported, including the latest 4K projector requirements.
